Senator Taylor moved that HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE                           
BILL NO. 41(JUD) An Act relating to environmental audits to                    
determine compliance with certain laws, permits, and regulations               
become law notwithstanding the Governors veto.                                 
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE                          
BILL NO. 41(JUD) become law notwithstanding the Governors
